Why is the West Quiet on Zambia Elections?

Elections in Zambia have been marred by widespread vote rigging and manipulation by the ruling MMD party. The MMD party in league with the Electoral Commission of Zambia are busy scheming ways to rig the results again like they did in 2008. In spite of all this, the West is particularly is not saying anything to ensure that the democracy the West espouses in upheld. We expect the USA, UK, Germany, Italy, Sweden, Denmark, Norway and Japan and other democratic countries to step in and urge Rupiah Banda to concede defeat to avert violence.
